Calling all filmmakers from Samar and Leyte.
The 2nd Pambujan Pelikula Para sa Publiko (PPPP) Film Festival will be held at Pambujan, Northern Samar this coming June 15 to 18, 2010
There will be a short film contest for the festival. The deadline for submission of entries is on April 30, 2010. Works in progress may be submitted by the deadline but final output must be submitted by May 31, 2010.

The RULES & GUIDELINES are as follows (Please take note of Rule #4):
1. Short films (narrative) about Samar and Leyte set locally, other place or abroad.
2. Made by Samar-Leyte filmmakers amateur or professional living here or abroad.
3. Maximum 20 minutes in DVD format (1 copy) and AVI file (1 copy).
4. Using Samar-Leyte dialect with English subtitles.
5. Film synopsis, filmmaker’s profile+filmography and stills/posters (in CD).
6. Contestants may submit as many entries as they want.
7. The organizers reserve the right not to show any film unfit for general patronage.
8. Winning films will be toured in the region and distributed in DVD and other media.
