Short Film News (SFN) - Third Eye Asian Film Festival invited filmmakers to submit their films for its 8th edition which will run October 8-15, 2009 at Mumbai.
The event has two competitive sections: First / Second Film Competition which dedicates to the films made by Asian director, and Short Film Competition.
Short fiction films which made two years before the festival are eligible for Short Film Competition. Duration should be up to 30 minutes. Running time of more than 30 minutes will be at the discretion of Festival Director.
The Festival aims to establish interaction between Asian film fraternities and create a dialogue with the West. The deadline for submission is August 15.
